Call Centre Hours:
Monday - Friday: 9:30am - 5pm
Saturday: 10am - 4pm
Sunday: 12pm - 4pm
Holidays: 9:30am - 1pm
During the PNE Fair, the TicketLeader Call Centre will be open daily from 10am to 8pm.
Please note we anticipate higher than normal call volume please be patient with our staff as they work to get to all the calls in a timely manner

- The box office is open 2 hours before PNE Forum events.
Pacific Coliseum (100 North Renfrew Street, Vancouver, BC).
